Der Pinot Noir Spätlese wird in der Maischegärung hergestellt. Der Ausbau erfolgt im Stahltank mit wenige Wochen dauernder Reifung im Eichenfass. Feine, sehr ansprechende Aromen von reifen Beeren mit samtigen Tanninen harmonieren in der Nase und im Gaumen, was den Wein zu einem runden Genuss macht.

Sweet fruit, stewed cherries, floral hints, red currants. Also characterised by sweetness on the palate, acidity rather restrained. Fruity here too with medium length and fine tannins.
