Tasting from 28.05.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

On the nose notes of liquorice and strawberry confit as well as hints of dried plum and caramel. On the palate full-bodied with soft acidity and ripe tannin followed by notes of red berry fruit and salted caramel. Medium length.
