Tasting Notes
Finest wintery wood smoke carries both crushed blackberry and eucalypt in its aromatic lift. More air then reveals gentle vanilla and butterscotch. The palate then comes in like a caress, of ripe but defined fruit, of measured generosity, of exquisite and almost floral depth. There is something graceful in all of that power, expressed in subtle layers of flavour. Velvety tannins coat the mouth and that lovely aromatic lift flashes up again on the long, smooth finish.
