Tasting Notes
Conifer, vanilla, plum and a notion of miso that is as savoury as it is creamy make for an intriguing nose. More air then allows the smooth plum and vanilla notes to take over. The palate, however, comes on lighter feet. Yes there is power, but there is even more elegance. It is as though rich and smooth Shiraz wraps itself around the taut, sleek core of finest and gracefully structured Cabernet Sauvignon. With age, this will be a marvel - and as much an expression of Barossa's elegance as of its depth.
