Tasting from 18.02.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red. On the nose distinct cherry fruit, with a touch of cherry juice, dried violets, and gentle savoury wood. Power and tension on the palate, displaying slightly harsh tannins, chocolatey, marked by a minimally bitter reverberation.
