Dark ruby, with a deep coloured core, purple reflections, and a delicate bright rim. Discreet tobacco nuances, black wild berry confit, ripe plum, fresh cherry, and a gentle floral note. Juicy, fine blackberry confit, ripe tannins, a salty minerality, with good length, and a fresh acidity. It is a multi-faceted food wine.
