Tasting Notes
Bright, elegant ruby red. Shows noble wood savouriness in the nose, light fumé, mineral undertones. Then cherries and ripe wild strawberries and a hint of white pepper. Supple on the palate with polished tannins, rich and generous concentration but currently focused on the youthful fruit. Vanilla spice sits on the finish offering some minimal drying.
