Bright golden yellow, silver reflections. Delicate tangerine zest, yellow peach, a touch of quince, subtle herbal savouriness, mineral with a suggestion of slate. Juicy, taut, white fruit, lively acidity, some nuttiness, nuances of almonds, mineral and well lasting. A versatile food companion with a delicate salty finish.
