Tasting vom 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Brillantes Grüngelb mit feiner Perlage. In der Nase mit zartem Honigduft, gelben Blüten, gerösteter Walnuss, nach etwas Zeit im Glas nach nassem Stein. Am Gaumen sehr saftig und strahlend, mit engmaschiger Perlage, spannt einen feinen Bogen, trinkt sich sehr gut.
