Honey yellow with a dense, pure white foam. Grassy aromas with lime zest, herbs and vanilla. Initially, bitter spicy notes on the palate, strong and full-bodied with a slight sweetness, the bitterness becomes more vivid, but the sweetness remains on the finish.
