Shiny, fine yellow gold with large-meshed foam on top. Light tobacco and cornflakes on the nose, then with air a hint of mountain cheese. Very spicy! Cool and tangy at the start, yellow fruity character in the middle (quince, sugar melon). Cool and tart aftertaste.
