Golden yellow, almost clear. Lots of coarse-pored, well-adhering foam. Typical varietal nose with tropical fruits and herbs (coriander green). Sweet, full aftertaste, ripe fruit. The bitterness only appears towards the end, but is well retained in the aftertaste.
