Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen
A gentle acidity is noticeable on the nose, with some green apples and subtle mineral nuances. On the palate, with powerful, grippy but not biting acidity, very dry character, again with hints of green apple towards the finish, in which the acidity slowly fades away.
