The Wine & Dine series by Falstaff and the Glasswing Restaurant by Alexandru Simon will enter the next round in 2026 and will once again bring top international wineries to Vienna on two evenings. We start with the traditional Château Phélan Ségur, one of the best-known wine estates in Bordeaux, located in the heart of Saint-Estèphe.
On two evenings – May 28 and 29 – guests can expect a perfectly composed menu by chef Alexandru Simon, whose cuisine has been awarded 97 Falstaff points and has recently been awarded a Michelin star. His modern, precise signature meets the characterful wines of Château Phélan Ségur, which stand for finesse, precision and noble charm.
The evening will be hosted by cellar master Fabrice Bacquery, who meticulously shapes the winery and provides fascinating insights into the philosophy and style of the wines. The carefully coordinated wine pairing underlines the individual courses and makes this Wine & Dine a special experience for discerning connoisseurs.
