Negrara is a family of red wine varieties grown in the northern Italian provinces of Trentino and Verona. It is named after the municipality of Negrar in the Valpolicella area. Negrara is occasionally used as a blending partner in the DOC wines Bardolino, Garda Colli Mantovani, Valdadige and Valpolicella. According to new findings, Negrara is related to the Enantio grape variety.
