The white wine variety Trebbiano Giallo is an indigenous grape variety of central Italy and belongs to the large family of Trebbiano vines. Its cultivation is recommended in the metropolitan city of Rome and the province of Viterbo in the Lazio region. In 1999, a planted vineyard area of ​​4,774 hectares was recorded. The late-ripening variety has strong growth and is very productive. The pure white wines are straw yellow to golden yellow in color and have a delicate bouquet.
