At the Hotel Eichingerbauer in Mondsee, you can sense that this establishment has grown – along with its history, its people and the region. What began generations ago as a country estate is now run by Sabine and Norbert Sperr-Lehrl, the third generation of the family, as a four-star superior hotel. Its origins continue to shape the hotel's ethos to this day: down-to-earth, responsible and with a keen sense of what is good for guests. The fact that sustainability is practised at the Eichingerbauer is evident not only in everyday life, but also officially through the award of the Austrian Ecolabel.
Cuisine also plays a special role. In the evening, guests can enjoy a four-course menu with a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes – vegan requests are of course catered for. The menu is complemented by an à la carte menu and specialities made from the hotel's own game. The food is prepared using products from regional partners in the Salzkammergut and Salzburger Land, and served in three different dining rooms. The wine cellar offers space to taste fine wines in peace and quiet.
Guests can retreat and relax in the EichSPA & Beauty area. Covering 550 m², the heated pool, Finnish sauna, infrared and steam bath invite you to slow down and enjoy the moment. Cosmetic and massage treatments with high-quality products provide additional relaxation.

Hiking, cycling and mountain bike routes start right on the doorstep, the lakes of the Salzkammergut invite you to enjoy water sports, and golf lovers can choose from over 13 courses in the surrounding area. The nearby city of Salzburg, which can be reached in around 20 minutes by car, provides cultural variety.
