A pearl of a bar with 1960s charm. Chef Thomas Pflanz has played the best bars in the city and opened the Hildegard Bar in 2017 as his homage to traditional West Berlin bar culture. People smoke, play vinyl and drink "Watermelon Man", Pflanz's famous own creation.
