The selected classics are just as impressive as (sparkling) wine cocktails and virgins.
Amadeus meets agave! Bar manager Andreas Portz shows off his skills with drinks such as the "Strawberry Fields forever" (mezcal and buttermilk!). The pistachio-chocolate-vodka mix "The Mozart Identity" indulges the genius loci of Salzburg. Even society appreciates the bold concept in this dignified space: cocktail festivals all year round!
With a view of the fortress and old town, this is the perfect place to end the day. Among the recommendations are specials such as "Salzburg Lemonade" with bourbon and St. Germain liqueur. The selection of Champagne is particularly large, but you can also choose from the (high-quality) full range of high-proof spirits.
A real institution in the city of Mozart. The quaint bar with a medieval flair has many regulars. This is down to the long-standing boss Stillianos "Stelios" Issaris - and the solid quality of the predominantly classic cocktails and drinks. There is also bar food, and on weekends there is dancing in a very small space.

The Flip is an evergreen on the Salzburg scene. Students crowd into the small bar alongside tourists and locals. Not only are the guests diverse, but so are the cocktails - from Espresso Martini to "Pirate's Passion" with Captain Morgan and Passoã to the "Crazy Cherry" with gin and brandy.
Under the blue sky: in the panorama restaurant and bar of the hotel on the outskirts of the city, you are virtually at eye level with the Salzburg mountains. Daimler's on Giselakai, is an institution in Mozart’s city of Salzburg. The grill and bar concept has worked for many years - enjoy a burger in the grill and then turn night into day in the bar. The cocktail shaker has been held high at Priesterhausgasse 14 for many years. The bar's relaxed charm has always attracted students, but older students also feel at home here. The selection of drinks is extensive, the cocktails are well mixed and the prices are low by Mozartstadt standards.
