Attitude in the hotel industry honored
What characterizes the upscale hotel industry and when does a guest like to check into a hotel? According to the "101 best hotels", it is not only perfectly mixed drinks, first-class gastronomy, top service or appealing architecture that make a hotel an outstanding establishment. It's the attitude that makes the difference and the way hosts treat guests and their teams.
