Laurent Paré is the director of Cellier des Dauphins in the Rhône Valley, France. He is responsible for the winemaking and blending of 40 million bottles. After graduating from the University of Toulouse with an oenology degree, he gained over 17 years of international experience in the wine and spirits industry with stints in Marlborough, New Zealand, Clare Valley, Australia, California, and Mendoza in Argentina.
