Dry Extract Interview: Ronan Sayburn, Master Sommelier, London, UK

In our Dry Extract mini-interview feature we ask top professionals in the world of wine, food and travel to answer 13 deceptively simple questions in a quick-fire fashion.

Yorkshire-born Ronan Sayburn is a Master Sommelier, a former UK Sommelier of the Year and has represented the UK twice in the European Sommelier Competition. He is also the CEO of the Court of Master Sommeliers in Europe plus the Head of Wines for 67 Pall Mall; a private members’ club for wine lovers with sites in London, Singapore and Verbier. When not drinking wine, Ronan can be found deep-diving shipwrecks off the south coast of England.
