Guests will be introduced to her personal sake collection from the northern Tohoku region of Japan; the tasting will take place at the museum’s pavilion. Kamosu will offer a series of events, tastings and collaborations and with each season, Erika will introduce guests to a new sake collection and explore the range within each region.

Erika Haigh has built close relationships with each sake brewery; the events will showcase her selection – some of which have never entered the UK market. She is also one of the committee members for the British sake association, and she advises on specialist sake projects for companies in Japan and the UK.

Tickets can be purchased for £30. Guests can join any time from 12pm-4pm on May 20.
