Zuma Cannes will open its French flagship restaurant on the Croisette on May 15, 2024. Just in time for the 2024 Festival de Cannes.
The opening of Zuma Cannes creates a new hotspot on the Croisette. It's set to become a magnet for celebrities, the jet set and international foodies alike and it's almost certain that this plan will work. After all, several factors speak for the golden prospects of the new Zuma branch.
It starts with the location. Here, the creators chose Palm Beach Cannes. This is the first restaurant to open in this historic building, is almost synonymous with the French Riviera and has been lovingly renovated. Today, the Palm Beach, inaugurated in 1929, once again exudes the splendor of the old days.
“Das Palm Beach in Cannes war für uns bei der Wahl unseres first location in France the obvious choice, as it reflects everything we stand for here at Zuma stehen: Exzellenz, Qualität und eine gute Zeit”, says Zuma co-founder Rainer Becker. A beef tartare with Sancho pepper, myoga and black truffle was created exclusively for Zuma Cannes. Naturally, guests can watch it being prepared at the table. A pavlova with exotic fruits, cherry blossom chantilly and mango sorbet is a sweet treat to finish.
The name guarantees that the ambience is just right. Firstly, you enter the restaurant through a tunnel. This is where you can get away from it all. Inside, the stone and wooden elements that have already become icons await guests. After all, they are intended to reflect the classicism, timelessness and simplicity of the brand.
To incorporate the local culture, the terrace features elements that merge indoor and outdoor areas. If you dine outside, you can enjoy the postcard view of the Bay of Cannes.
