Black Velvet
Said to have been invented to mark the death of Queen Victoria’s husband, Prince Albert, in 1861, this mixture of bitter stout and sparkling wine oozes gothic glamour.

1 | bottle | Champagne |
- Simply mix equal quantities of well-chilled Guinness (or other good stout) and Champagne (or other sparkling wine) into champagne flutes, making sure you tilt the glasses as you pour to prevent it from frothing over.
