Ingredients
6 Limes
1 l Water
190 ml Condensed milk (sweetened)
approx. 15 ice cubes
Lime as garnish (optional)
  • Start by washing the limes thoroughly with hot water, then cut into quarters and pat them dry.
  • Place in a blender jug or tall container with the water and blend well.
  • Pour the water and lime mixture through a sieve into another container, removing the remains of the pureed limes with a spoon so that all the liquid can pass through.
  • Empty the mixture back into the blender and add the ice cubes and condensed milk.
  • Blend well again until the ice cubes are broken down and you have a uniform consistency. Your Brazilian lemonade can be kept in the fridge for up to four days.
