Matcha Martini with Espresso Foam

A contemporary cocktail blending matcha, amaretto, and vodka, crowned with a delicate layer of espresso foam. A modern fusion of East and West—refined, balanced, and irresistibly smooth.

Ingredients
1 cup Espresso
2 teaspoon(s) Sugar
6 cl Water
1 teaspoon(s) Matcha
Ice cubes
6 cl Vodka
3 cl Amaretto
3 cl Milk (a plant-based milk alternative is also suitable)
some Orange blossom water
  • Begin by pre-chilling the glass.
  • Sift the matcha to remove clumps, then add hot water and whisk briskly.
  • Pour the liquid into a shaker along with amaretto, vodka, non-dairy milk, and ice. Shake vigorously.
  • Froth the espresso with sugar to create a silky foam.
  • Aromatize the glass by adding a light touch of orange blossom water, pour the drink, and finish with the espresso foam on top.
