This cocktail proves that rose petals can please the palate as much as the nose.

Rose tea (intensely dried flowers)
3 drop(s) Untreated rose oil
Champagne or soda
White sugar (to taste)
Rose petals
  • Brew a rose tea using intensely dried rose petals and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  • If desired, sweeten with white sugar only—other sugars will dull the tea’s delicate pink color.
  • Add a drop of rose oil, then top up with champagne or soda, as desired.
  • Finish with rose petals for garnish.
