Very Berry

A refreshing summer cocktail for everyone - full of berries - a superfood cocktail and signature drink from Lenox Bar in Zurich.

Ingredients
3 large raspberries
3 large blackberries
4 cl Cognac Camus
2 cl Chambord (raspberry liqueur)
1 cl lime juice
1 cl liquid sugar
5 cl cranberry juice
5 cl pineapple juice
  • Put all ingredients (except cranberry and pineapple juice) in a shaker, mash the berries well.
  • Add the two juices and shake vigorously with ice cubes.
  • Pour everything into a cocktail glass or copper mug and decorate with a berry skewer and thyme.

Tip:

Francois Bräuning recommends: For the perfect chill, put the berry skewer in the freezer before serving.
