Carrot-Orange Gazpacho and Power Smoothie Shots
Guests at the 2014 Academy Awards were revived after the ceremony with these shots created by Wolfgang Puck.
At the Governors Ball, these power juices are served in shot glasses. The gazpacho can be prepared in no time at all if you buy the juices in the supermarket – many now offer freshly squeezed juices in the refrigerated section.
If you have a juicer at home, you should squeeze the juices shortly before serving and mix or chill them in a cocktail shaker together with ice.
Health-conscious people, including those in Hollywood, have been using homemade juices for a long time. Modern juicers and the wide range of organic vegetables and fruit that are now available in supermarkets are only increasing their popularity.
