Golden Millet and Blackberry Bowl

Power food for a fruity start in the day or perfect as a lunch when things get stressful in the office or home office.

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
50 g golden millet
200 ml almond drink
3 dried dates, cut into small pieces
1/2 tonka bean, finely grated
1 pinch ground cardamom
1 tablespoon(s) yoghurt
1 tablespoon(s) cashew nuts
fresh blackberries
50 g STAUD’S reduced sugar blackberry

Preparation:

  • Rinse the golden millet with hot water. Bring the golden millet, almond drink, spices and dates to boil and simmer for 10-20 minutes until the golden millet has a creamy, soft consistency. If too firm, add more almond drink.
  • Place the golden millet in a bowl and serve with STAUD'S reduced rugar blackberry, the cashew nuts, fresh blackberries and yoghurt.
