2 tablespoon(s) Freshly grated coconut flesh
1/3 Pineapple
1 Banana
2 handful Kale
250 ml Coconut water
  • In a blender, puree the coconut flesh, fruit, kale, and coconut water until smooth.
  • Add waterif neededto achieve the desired texture.
