The Grand Restaurant offers guests a grandiose panoramic view of the surrounding nature, and the cuisine of the skilled chef Andrej Róth (a member of the National Team of Chefs of Slovakia) focuses on classic recipes. He presents them in a modern way, interspersed with surprising flavor combinations, always with an emphasis on ingredients from the nearby region. Throughout the year, a tasting menu is offered as a gastronomic journey full of seasonal flavors and surprises. The menu compiled by the chef is paired by sommelier Štefan Serafín. The tasting dinner offers guests a gastronomic experience and a surprise at the same time. The hotel itself is an ideal place to relax and unwind in the beautiful surroundings of Donovál, not only in the winter skiing season, but also in the summer.
