Self Description

One of the first hotels in the Tatras to present experiential gastronomy,
twenty years ago. Recently, it has consolidated its position thanks to the imaginative and modern cuisine of Tomáš Vitanovec, who is not afraid to make traditional dishes special with world ingredients. At Hotel Tri Studničky, they emphasize authenticity and freshness, which is reflected in their own production of pasta, pierogi and delicate gnocchi. Enjoy their homemade crispy bread spread with fresh butter and honey from regional producers. For fish lovers, a delicacy is prepared in the form of freshly caught fish from local ponds,
flavored with aromatic herbs from the hotel garden. The lamb tenderloin, polenta, zucchini, carrots and béchamel was also an excellent dish.
