Onion skin-coloured in the glass and made from the Elmsfeuer rhubarb variety. On the nose, notes of red berries, white chocolate, lime, blackcurrant leaf and yellow stone fruits. The palate is fresh, with a saline acidity that lingers onto the long finish. Beautiful mousse, and a flavour profile somewhere between red berries and pleasant greenish notes.
