Tasting from 01.01.2024: Aivar und Harri Hanson, Roland Graf, Estonian Sommelier Association
On the nose savoury notes of dried tomatoes, olive brine and sourdough bread - almost like a flavoured vodka. The palate is rounder than the nose suggests. Slightly sweet, with a nice white pepper nerve that lingers long after the rest of the flavour has disappeared.
