Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very fruity nose, with notes of berries, raspberry at first, with aeration cassis and blackberry notes emerge. Leafy savouriness in the background. Spicier on the palate, a juniper note starts in the middle. Some pepper on the finish.
