Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Very fruity with a clear hint of honeydew melon and raspberry and a waft of juniper. On the palate lots of expressive herbs, especially coriander and some fennel. The spiciness remains until the finish.
