Tasting Notes

94
Tasting from 17.03.2023: Peter Moser

Deep mahogany, amber reflections. Delicate sweetness, nuances of precious wood, some cardamom, liquorice and Kletzen, a hint of bourbon vanilla and caramel. Round, elegant and with a silky structure, dried fruit and nougat, shows very good balance on the long palate with notes of dark chocolate, minerally aftertaste, black nut on the finish.

The elegant interplay of fruit and wood notes seems rather restrained for a brandy de Jerez. On the palate, dried fruit, cocoa, orange with a fruity undertone. Quite a long, somewhat dry finish.
