Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The broad sherry aroma immediately falls through candied orange on the nose. This is accompanied by subtle peat at the beginning, which then develops. On the palate, it is nicely substantial, the dry note being pronounced. The fruitiness transitions into a long-lasting finish.
