Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

The nose is rather lactic, with light strawberry fruit and tart berries. On the palate surprisingly spicy, with juniper and pepper the most significant impressions. A pleasant softness comes through at the end.
