Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

A complex and powerful nose with clear notes of sour cherry and redcurrant, with a slightly earthy tone resonating. Wonderfully grippy and fruity. On the palate it’s bone-dry and full-bodied. The redcurrant plays the overture, followed by sour cherry with a hint of bitter almond. There is also a hint of apple alongside slightly earthy tones. A complex and balanced finish. Great!.
