Intense bouquet with notes of confit redcurrants, parsley root and honey. Also a vivid herbal spiciness. Viscous on the palate, with a matching sweetness and intense herbal, ethereal aromas. Notes of alpine herbal sweets, agrum and wormwood. Long finish.
