Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

Apricot is immediately present in the aroma, followed by slightly acidic notes reminiscent of green grapes. Slightly musty on the palate with tart herbal savouriness. The finish is pleasant with notes of grape marc.
