Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Strong, citrus-fruity, with fresh juniper, herbs, cinnamon bark and earthy nuances. Straightforward on the palate, orange peel, allspice and a light peppery savouriness in the centre. The medium-length finish is slightly herbal and fresh.
