Brixx43 – Der Tiroler Dry Gin aus den Kitzbühler Alpen. Der Brixx43 Dry Gin wird traditionell in unseren kupfernen Brennkesseln destilliert. Feinster Weizenalkohol und kristallklares Wasser aus den Bergen verleihen diesem Gin den besonders weichen und milden Geschmack. Neben ordentlich Wacholder, und einer Komposition von 24 handverlesenen Botanicals aus der ganzen Welt und Bergheu aus dem Brixental, wird dieses Destillat zum komplexen Premium Dry Gin mit einer duftigen und frischen alpinen Note. Bester Genuss mit Tiroler Akzent, sowohl mit Tonicwater als auch im Cocktail.

Tasting from 16.09.2022: Erhard Ruthner, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Roland Graf, Hermann Botolen, David Penker, Kathi Schwaller, Daniel Ulicny, Manuel Beyerknecht, Christian Haydn, Harald Wurm, Rafael Topf, Herbert Reinhardt

Pithy nose with dried orange zest, fine juniper and dark freshness. Spicier on the palate, almond and cherry stone aromas create a rather broad mouthfeel. The finish is also almost somewhat powerful with a dry finish.
