The name says it all: the winter gin from exceptional distiller Hans Erismann smells pleasantly of winter spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves, as well as juniper and orange. Beautifully wintry but not overloaded. The palate is also distinctly savoury, with fruit notes and an intensely savoury, long finish.
