Malt, caramel, vanilla, some gently toasted wood and subtle herbs dominate the aroma. Initially lots of caramel and vanilla on the palate, then some savouriness, wood and malt. Slender aromas and a fine spiciness in the finish. The strengths become apparent when mixed with ginger ale: caramel and woody-malty notes make for a refreshing drink.
