Tasting from 24.10.2025: Alexander Thürer, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Roland Graf, Erhard Ruthner, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Irene Forni, Hermann Botolen

Very vegetal, herbaceous nose with characterful, slightly resinous spruce needles, behind which notes of juniper and citrus are concealed. The spruce needles are even more prominent on the palate and unfolds its ethereal power from the first sip. The mid-palate is slightly sweet, gently citrusy and with slightly earthy juniper notes. Powerful on the warming finish.
