Tasting from 02.11.2021: Benjamin Herzog, Erhard Ruthner, Roland Graf, Othmar Kiem, David Penker, Hermann Botolen, Daniel Ulicny, Heinz Karasek, Katharina Schwaller

In addition to the typical sweetness of a corn-based whiskey, there is a slight hint of beeswax. Strong honey sweetness on the palate, vanilla savouriness comes through towards the finish. Some wood on the finish.
